Everything Entertainment was an integral part of the first ever runway show - held during Fashion Week 2014 - at the beautifully rebuilt South Street Seaport. Managed by the Howard Hughes Corporation, this popular tourist destination hosted an outside early evening Fashion Show on September third featuring the ModaBox clothing line. 

Everything Entertainment's team handled the staging of the runway, the audience layout, and private space for the ModaBox models, which resulted in a summer evening event not only enjoyed by fashion buyers but even NYC passersbys.

Everything Entertainment was honored to be part of Fashion Week 2014 and the other fashion show events they have lent their expertise over the years.   Companies such as Kleinfeld Bridal , Gant Men's Wear, and MAC Cosmetics showcase unique fashion show events and it has been an honor to work with them as well.

Car Show and Music Festival

Car Show & Music Festival

Everything Entertainment provided tents, tables, chairs, a stage, orange safety cones, and carnival games, for a Car Show & Music Festival. Thousands attended the one day event and enjoyed rock music, barbecue food, and hundreds of classic cars. Everything Entertainment is available for your fair, festival, or fund raiser.

Labor Day Backyard Party

Beautiful High Peak Tents overlooked the New York Harbor and the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge. Guests were kept out of the sun as they enjoyed the view seated at Everything Entertainment's Comfortable Wedding White Folding Chairs and cocktail tables. Standing height cocktail tables, a white bar and linens were also supplied by Everything Entertainment.

Coast Guard Family Day for 500 Guests

Today Everything Entertainment provided the US Coast Guard with tents and rentals for their family day. Our services included 2500 square feet of frame tents, with tents ranging from 10x10 High-Peak Frame Tents to a 20x80 Frame Tent. Additionally the party rentals were over 100 tables, five hundred chairs, and cement block weights with vinyl covers for all the tents.

Graduation Party Tent

Guests were kept out of the sun and cooled off during a backyard graduation party. Everything Entertainment provided a 30x45 foot frame tent, lighting, ceiling fans, versa-cool tent fans, a port-a-cooler, tables, and chairs for a backyard graduation party.

A Catering Hall in Your Backyard

A Catering Hall in Your Backyard

Everything Entertainment transformed a client's backyard into, as the client stated, "a beautiful catering hall on the road." The 30x60 Frame Tent featured clear sidewalls, a solid carpeted floor, and a draped ceiling. LED lighting was used to conserve power, and chandeliers and pattern projections of leopard spots highlighted the tent. Air conditioning with generator power was also supplied for the comfort of guests. The tent was finished with a personalized digitally printed sign above the tent doors. Additional items provided by Everything Entertainment was tables, padded garden chairs, linens, glassware, flatware, china, chafing racks, and portable rest rooms.

Everything Entertainment also provided entertainment for the children that attended the event, including an inflatable Nickelodeon theme combo bouncer, an inflatable slide, sno kones, and an ice cream wagon.

The challenges of this event were getting all the equipment into the client's backyard and keeping the equipment safely setup only fifty feet from the ocean, where there was a constant breeze blowing. The entire tent was double staked, as were the amusements, all for guests' safety.

Everything Entertainment provided over 100 tables, 200 chairs, and over 4800 square feet of tenting. The fair ran an entire week long and kept carnival goers dry and out of the sun. The setup was difficult due to the 30-50 mile per hour wind gusts, but our crew handled it professionally.
