lyft NYC Launch

From the custom built 6' tall vintage marquee style letters illuminated with classic Edison style bulbs to the string lights strung over the entrance and lounge area, Everything Entertainment handled the entire production and rentals for the lyft Launch Party in NY. Held at The 1896 in Brooklyn, the event equipment supplied blended perfectly with the rustic feel of the venue.

Everything Entertainment provided sub-flooring, green turf, string lighting, a stage, audio equipment, video projection, rustic theme rental bars, rustic picnic tables, and fire safety equipment to comply with FDNY's requirements.

Captains' Premiere

The Captains

Everything Entertainment provided the Step & Repeat Carpet, wall, Stanchions and Ropes for the screening of The Captains at the Intrepid Air, Sea, & Space Museum. William Shatner made an appearance on the red carpet while hundreds of guests waited on line, many dressed in Star Trek attire, waited for the screening to begin.

Backyard Concert

A client wanted to entertain her friends with a rock concert in her backyard. Everything Entertainment provided a stage, tent, lighting and air circulation fans. Everything Entertainment also provided a tent for over the lounge area, which kept guests dry during a fifteen-minute thunderstorm in the middle of the event.

Governor Christie at Port Newark Container Terminal

Governor Christie at Port Newark Container Terminal

Everything Entertainment provided the production equipment for today's expansion at Port Newark's Container Terminal. A double press riser with power and audio distribution was provided for videographers. The equipment load in started at 4:00 AM and needed to be complete before 9:00 AM so security personnel, including a bomb sniffing dog could secure the area.

Since Port Newark continued working throughout the event with their cranes, tractors, straddle loaders, and fork lifts, additional sound reinforcement was necessary. Wind screens for the wireless microphones were necessary due to the windy location, and 1.2K HMI lighting was also provided by Everything Entertainment to balance lighting since the event was held in direct sunlight.

Everything Entertainment provided scenic flats and wrapped them on site with custom signage, plus rigged them from shipping containers that flanked Governor Christie during the press conference.

Spectacular Outdoor Wedding Tent

Everything Entertainment provided a beautiful tension tent for an outdoor wedding. The tent was complimented with a dance floor and a hanging chandelier, plus accented with LED uplighting and pattern projections.

Everything Entertainment also provided the caterer with a prep tent, generator power, and power distribution.

Production for Special Hampton's Event

Everything Entertainment's crew setup lighting, staging, and decor for a special event in the Hampton's. Five-hundred guests attended the special event. The mirror ball used was a full 36" round, and Everything Entertainment used almost 2,000 watts of lighting power to shine on the crowd. LED lighting was also used to help conserve electric power.

A Catering Hall in Your Backyard

Everything Entertainment transformed a client's backyard into, as the client stated, "a beautiful catering hall on the road." The 30x60 Frame Tent featured clear sidewalls, a solid carpeted floor, and a draped ceiling. LED lighting was used to conserve power, and chandeliers and pattern projections of leopard spots highlighted the tent. Air conditioning with generator power was also supplied for the comfort of guests. The tent was finished with a personalized digitally printed sign above the tent doors. Additional items provided by Everything Entertainment was tables, padded garden chairs, linens, glassware, flatware, china, chafing racks, and portable rest rooms.

Everything Entertainment also provided entertainment for the children that attended the event, including an inflatable Nickelodeon theme combo bouncer, an inflatable slide, sno kones, and an ice cream wagon.

The challenges of this event were getting all the equipment into the client's backyard and keeping the equipment safely setup only fifty feet from the ocean, where there was a constant breeze blowing. The entire tent was double staked, as were the amusements, all for guests' safety.
