Fund Raising Gala Tent

Everything Entertainment setup a 40x150 Slide Track Frame Tent from the Everything E-Frame Tent Line. In addition to the main tent and walkway tents guttered to the venue, Everything Entertainment supplied double-French-doors, crystal chandeliers, fabric swagging, and kerosene tent heaters.

Everything Entertainment furnished blue-prints  for the engineered tent structure to the client's architect, flame spread certificates for all items supplied by Everything Entertainment, plus met with the NYC Fire Department during the final inspections. Structural data was provided to the lighting designer for a flawless installation, which included intelligent light moving heads, conventional Leko fixtures, and projectors for custom digital imagery.

Everything Entertainment provided the event planner with artistic renderings and CAD drawings to help show their client what the tent would look like prior to being hired. 

Over 400 guests were in attendance at last night's fund raiser which were treated to spectacular lighting, simulating being on the water.

Car Show and Music Festival

Car Show & Music Festival

Everything Entertainment provided tents, tables, chairs, a stage, orange safety cones, and carnival games, for a Car Show & Music Festival. Thousands attended the one day event and enjoyed rock music, barbecue food, and hundreds of classic cars. Everything Entertainment is available for your fair, festival, or fund raiser.

Church Octoberfest

 

Octoberfest Celebration at Local Church

Everything Entertainment provided the fun for a local church's Octoberfest. The entertainment included three inflatable amusements, a trackless train, carnival tents with authentic carnival games, and generator power.

School Fund Raiser

School Fund Raiser

Everything Entertainment provided lots of money making attractions for this Public School Fund Raiser. A giant double lane slide known as the Double Splash Slide was a huge hit. The Mickey Play Space inflatable was super popular among the toddlers, and the Kiddie Obstacle Course was fun for all ages.

Other big money makers for the day included Carnival Games, Cotton Candy, Popcorn, and Spin Art. Everything Entertainment also provided an Ice Cream Wagon rental and Generator Power for the entire fund raiser including the band.
