From the custom built 6' tall vintage marquee style letters illuminated with classic Edison style bulbs to the string lights strung over the entrance and lounge area, Everything Entertainment handled the entire production and rentals for the lyft Launch Party in NY. Held at The 1896 in Brooklyn, the event equipment supplied blended perfectly with the rustic feel of the venue.

Everything Entertainment provided sub-flooring, green turf, string lighting, a stage, audio equipment, video projection, rustic theme rental bars, rustic picnic tables, and fire safety equipment to comply with FDNY's requirements.

An Everything Entertainment Clear Top Tent was setup on top of a raised and leveled floor for a corporate client appreciation event. The 30'x75' Maxi-Frame Tent was installed in a space that was only 40' x 80'. The temporary floor as constructed over a permanent garden at Gustavino's Event Space in New York City, and finished with a taupe color carpet. A custom 15'x18' tent on fifteen foot legs was used to connect the main event tent to the venue. Everything Entertainment tent doors, 10' high clear sidewalls that slid open and closed on tracks, and tent fans were also supplied.

Final Episode Screening and After Party

Everything Entertainment provided the Tent Rentals, Flooring, Power, and Trucking. The Tent and Temporary Flooring was added to the event less than twelve hours before the event loaded in, due to the change in weather report.... and it is a good thing too. The rain poured down just as the carpet opened.

Everything Entertainment also provided Staging and Power for the After-Party.

It way dry on the carpet during the downpour due to Everything Entertainment's tent and Ultra Deck sub-flooring. Everything Entertainment also provided a custom size tent to fit neatly under the theater marquee, complete with a hard gutter to catch rain between the tent and theater.
