Last Minute Changes are Expertly Handled

The original order was a black carpet, black drapery, lighting for the step and repeat wall, and a few stanchions and ropes. Only days before the event, the carpet color was changed to purple. Less than 24 hours before the event, the client added Sheer White Drapes, LED Up Lighting, and quadrupled the Stanchions and Ropes. The Everything Entertainment team jumped into action to make sure the client got exactly what they wanted. On site, with only three hours to go till the talent hit the carpet, the client needed stage risers. The onsite manager immediately dispatched a truck and the Stage was on-site and setup with an hour to spare.
