With below freezing temperature and scaffolding to squeeze tents in between, made this tent install one of the most difficult to date, but the Everything Entertainment tent crew accomplished it with time to spare.
“The temperature was in the low teens, and with high wind gusts, made working conditions extremely difficult for the entire crew,” said Scott Weisberg, President of Everything Entertainment. Staff needed to gutter four separate tents together to maximize the space available. One tent needed to even be custom made to provide the proper crowd flow under the tent. The interior of the tent had plastic subflooring in case of inclement weather. Additionally, the tent was decorated, had lighting, carpeting, doors, and heat.
The experienced Everything Entertainment tent crew, despite even lower temperatures during teardown than during setup, still accomplished the setup, event time, and removal of the tents all within twenty-four hours.
