Wedding Ceiling Drapery and Lighting

A bride and groom came to us several months ago and told us they loved the food and service at a the Lake Club, a local restaurant, but wanted to create a more upscale feel. We had already provided tents, entertainment, and party rentals to other weddings, first birthdays, and communion parties at the venue, but we had never been asked to transform the main room before.

August, our lead event planner at Everything Entertainment, met with the wedding couple and suggested pink drapery and up light the room in pink. The bride and groom loved the concept. With budget being a concern, we decided to use a material that was lite weight and had the look of fabric, without the higher cost of fabric. Wanting to keep power requirements to a minimum, we decided to light the room with LED theatrical event lights.

In addition to the decor and lighting in the main room, we also provided a heated three-hundred square foot tent for the wedding ceremony, with a custom made transition from the main room into the wedding ceremony tent. The custom fabricated transition we fabricated kept the heat in, and the rain out. We finished the ceremony tent with LED up lights in white.
